We are very excited to welcome Lizzie Jelfs to the Prism family with her syndication venture, Race With Lizzie.
As a well known TV racing presenter, Lizzie is dedicated to empowering all with her expertise and knowledge of all that happens from the stables to trackside, respect for the horses and the sport she so dearly loves.
Hailing from Oxford in England, Lizzie’s racing career began in a small boutique stable when successful trainer Charlie Egerton gave an eager 15 year old lover of horses her first job and the opportunity to develop her ability as a rider. With over hundreds of miles and many hours of trackwork under her belt, at just 19 she made the decision to travel to Australia and soon joined the stables of Hall of Fame trainer David Hayes.
During her 17 year tenure at Lindsay Park, Lizzie travelled all over the world attending international racing carnivals including Dubai, Hong Kong, Japan and Royal Ascot. She was appointed stable manager of the Sydney Randwick satellite stable and then later took on the same role in the Melbourne stable.
Lizzie attributes the foundations of her success to her racing mentor and friend Gary Fennessy and his generosity of spirit. She travelled to Japan, Hong Kong and all around Australia with Gary and Fields of Omagh and says that Gary basically taught her the majority of everything she knows.
Along with her immense wealth of horse and racing knowledge, Lizzie has also already experienced syndication management and is excited to offer this service to the wider public. She believes that being a racehorse owner is one of the most exciting things you can be a part of, going to the races, being updated regularly and being able to visit your horse are all part of the fun and Lizzie and the team make sure all their owners are included in the journey so they get the most out of their ownership.
Race With Lizzie has established premium racing partnerships with Annabel Neasham Racing, Lindsay Park and is looking to venture Australia wide to provide clients with a range of services and ensure an enjoyable racing experience.
