They also know that horses are selective grazers, preferring grasses to clovers and herbs. Horses are highly active and have hard, sharp hooves that can cause trampling and thinning of pastures. Horses prefer actively growing grasses, therefore pastures should contain a higher proportion of grasses. Hence why your horse will have that edge when grazing the paddocks of Toskana Lodge.
The addition of Toskana Lodge to the Australian Bloodstock community is an exciting new era for its highly valued owners. Australian Bloodstock Director Jamie Lovett stated "we intend to improve the overall ownership experience including unlimited access to their horse whilst it is spelling, and a more inclusive experience when entering ownership."
Fellow Director Luke Murrell went on to say ‘’the location of Toskana Lodge was the big appeal for us, not only is it at the doorstep to the Hunter Valley but it offers our clients the opportunity to spend time with their horse and then pop over the road to the Vineyards of the Pokolbin area and all that it has to offer."

Toskana Lodge can also accommodate outside spellers as well.
