Leading syndicator, Tricolours Racing and Syndications, has recently come on board with the Prism platform which handles all their owner communication, invoicing and direct debit processes.

Tricolours Racing and was established by James Moss in 2016. The name “Tricolours” is a dedication to the favourite NRL team of James’ late father Jack. Before starting Tricolours Racing, James worked in high level roles in the finance industry for 20 years before deciding to pursue his life-long passion, which is horse racing.

In 2020, Maryanne Sayers joined the business as a Personal Assistant to James and looks after various aspects of admin, raceday attendance, owner correspondence, event organisation and social media.

The values of Tricolours are crystal clear. Quite simply, they operate with honesty and integrity at all times. Tricolours provides an ownership experience that is second to none. They create an inclusive environment for all owners, regardless of the share size and have a range of ownership options for everyone, on any budget.

Tricolours place the highest of priorities on the welfare of their horses – during their careers and also after their career on the track has finished. In late 2020, James Moss announced a new initiative for horse welfare that set Tricolours apart - a Tricolours horse welfare trust fund was established, dedicated to the re-homing and re-training of Tricolours horses when their racing career is over.

Tricolours has enduring partnerships with some of the best trainers in the country including Joe Pride, Gai Waterhouse / Adrian Bott, John Sargent, Annabel Neasham, Mark Newnham, Peter Moody and Mick Price / Michael Kent Jnr.

Tricolours have experienced outstanding success on the track with the likes of Pecans, Fasika, Captain Stardust, Threeood, Ballistic Lover and Gin Martini. They have an exciting team of horses coming through in the current season including brilliant 2YO, The Novelist, aiming to qualify for the 2023 Magic Millions and classy 3YO, Rotorua, who looks to have a very promising future.
